Defined Course Selection Runs

(Preferential Admission Selection Software)


To have the PASS process the courses for a set of student you must first setup a run. The run defines the circumstances of the student course selection.

Data Values
Run Id number: - is the run number.
Run description: - describes the run.
Run Author: - Sets lets you see who setup the run.
Course Input File: - The file to import course data from for this run.
Student Input File: - The file to import student data from for this run.

YELLOW COMPUTED VALUES
(note that you can not edit or change these values)
Status - if 0 then the PASS program has no been executed for this run.
Run Date: - date of PASS run.
Time: - time of PASS run.
